At Achieving You, we have group fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness, led by our personal trainers and group fitness instructors.
We have classes 6 days a week, so you can find a class that suits your schedule, whether it be cardio, abs and glutes, core strength or outdoor classes.
We also offer a range of classes that are baby friendly, so you don’t have to worry about leaving home without your little one or sticking them in a creche environment with strangers.
We pride ourselves on being Brisbane’s most community-minded fitness club, so when you workout at our Kedron gym, you’re not on your journey alone – you’re joining the Achieving You fitness family.

OUR CLASSES
RUN CLUB: A combo of long runs, sprinting and hills to take your running to a new level. We adjust our running program to suit individual abilities — no-one is left behind! This is what community fitness is all about.
STRENGTH: To improve overall body strength and core stability. Essential for bone health. Great session for anyone wanting to increase muscle mass, improve posture and toning and for runners looking for more speed.
HIIT: A 45 minute high intensity session to get your metabolism high and kick start your week! This group training session is great for people with weight loss goals.
MUM’S CLASSES: Open to everyone, including Mum’s with small bubs. Mums know how to work hard! 9:15am times.
CONDITIONING: The first 3/4 of the class is strength hitting the big compound muscles, then it finishes with a cool HIIT style.
ABS & GLUTES: 45 minutes of just abs and glutes. Need strong glutes for running, want to lift more, or trying to reduce back pain? This class is suitable for everyone.
PILATES: A 45 min class for anyone looking to improve their running or improve their posture and strengthen their core.
