This 90 min session with Lucie will cover from the basics to the more advanced, building up over the session to a beautiful pose at the end. The session is designed for beginners or people who are wanting to experience more from what they currently know.
Lucie is a strong believer is setting the muscles first and will guide you to understand how to move your body and learn positions to build overall strength for glutes and core.
Also a great session for someone looking for running strength without heavy lifting.

Over 6 weeks you will have learnt about how to engage your core correctly to build a very strong base so you can feel stronger, look more toned and increase your lifting capacity.
Core is the foundation of taking care of any back pain as well. Understanding the relationship between all movement and the requirement of core is essential to keeping a healthy and happy body without pain.
Each week the session will build from one to the next leaving you feeling and looking more confident and taking on challenges.

If you are already running and want to compete in a 10km or half marathon – this is for you.
The good thing about our running programs are that they are personalized. They will build you from your starting point. Each week will gradually build in all areas including skills, distance and pace, while incorporating essential strengthening exercises to create strong legs for efficient running.
We are always focused on building a strong foundation with running to avoid injuries, so you can keep running.
The program also gives access to close talks with Podiatrists to learn about the importance of shoes and recovery specialists when it comes to hydration.
Whether you are wanting to run for run or to compete, this program can get you there.
It is also a good lead in to Sunshine Coast run on 15 August.

Prepare yourself, it’s 3 sessions a week! But don’t worry, Lucie has carefully planned each session to make sure you get the most out of each muscle to maximize results fast.
