Dive into Pilates Workshop
Have you ever wanted to try Pilates, but you’re not sure how to get started?
Are you currently taking classes and want to go into more depth with some poses?
Do you want to build up your running strength without heavy lifting?
Our Dive into Pilates Workshop is a 90 minute in depth Pilates session our qualified Pilates instructor. During this session, you will learn Pilates poses, from basics to more advanced, building up over the session to a beautiful pose at the end.
We believe in setting the muscles first and will guide you to understand how to move your body and learn positions to build overall strength for glutes and core.
Duration: 75 minutes
Suitable for absolute beginners through to intermediate Pilates enthusiasts.

6 Week Core Challenge
Core strength not only helps with your overall fitness, it can improve your running and take you to the next level in group fitness classes.
Core is the foundation of taking care of any back pain as well. Understanding the relationship between all movement and the requirement of core is essential to keeping a healthy and happy body without pain.
Our 6 Week Core Challenge will teach you how to engage your core correctly to build a sturdy base so you can feel stronger, look more toned and increase your lifting capacity.
Each week, the session will build from one to the next, leaving you feeling and looking more confident and taking on challenges.

8 Week Running Program

Are you already running and want to compete in a 10km or half marathon?
This fitness challenge is for you.
At Achieving You, we personalise our running programs to suit your level of experience and your fitness goals.
Each week we will gradually build upon all areas of running training, including skills, distance and pace, while incorporating essential strengthening exercises to create strong legs for efficient running.
- A personalised running plan
- A speed session Monday 5:15AM (45min)
- A strength and power session Tuesday 6PM (45min)
- An information session by Shoes Feet Gear regarding the best shoes for you and how to avoid some common running injuries
- An information session with Endura about their products and the importance of hydration
Our running program focuses on building a solid foundation with running to avoid injuries, so you can keep running.
So, whether you want to run for fitness, fun or to compete, our running program can get you there. We also have a dedicated Run Club you can join.
