At Achieving You, our qualified and experienced personal trainers know we can help you change your life, because we’ve helped so many others change theirs with a one-on-one approach designed to get results.

Janet, our head personal trainer, is passionate about functional training and posture, and knows being able to move and have increased mobility for the body is important for all aspects of work, life and long-term health. She enjoys relieving pain through exercise and movement and educating clients on how to improve their health and fitness.

What’s included

We personalise your personal training sessions to suit your fitness level and your health and fitness goals. Whether you want to work on your overall fitness, get stronger legs for running, strengthen your back and shoulders for improved posture, or work on getting your six-pack, we’re here to help you get results.

If you’re pregnant or have just given birth, we can tailor your personal training sessions to keep you fit and return to your pre-baby body quickly.

Online Personal Training

If you can’t get out of the house or are travelling, we can run your personal training session over Zoom.  Our online sessions are tailored to your home/away workout environment.
