We believe starting with a personal training session is the best way to discuss your goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have relating to exercise, diet, the classes or anything else you wish to know.

It is also a great way to get one-on-one coaching in the correct technique for the exercises featured in the classes, so you can get the most out of your membership as soon as you start.

Our group instructors are highly qualified and full of energy to make every session a quality and fun workout. We are also known for our adaptability with our ability to tailor each session to suit any injuries or issues you may have. This ensures each of our members feel like they are having a personal session.

Achieving You group classes run 6 days a week, so you can find a class that suits your exercise routine, whether it be cardio, abs and glutes, core strength, Pilates or outdoor classes.
