6 Week Challenge

  • With Christmas approaching fast, this is our final challenge for the year. Your final chance to get those goals you have been gunning for all year or maybe you just want to stay on point through the silly season.

    Either way, this 6 week challenge will give you the accountability and direction that is best for results.

    You can opt in for everything or not much, how bad you want things to happen in 6 weeks is totally up to you + we can work with you on what ever level you want.

    Unlimited classes, meal plan, 2 specialised challenge sessions and an education session are available each week for the 6 weeks, so take as much as you want + grab the results!

    You don’t need to be a member to join but if you are, you get a special discount.

    Starts: Monday 20 October

    Finishes: Saturday 29 November

8 Week Running Program

  • For beginners and intermediate runners, our running program works on different levels.

    We teach you HOW to run efficiently, we create STRONG bodies through our power + strength sessions and you receive a PERSONALISED running program to get you from where you are to where you want to get to in 8 weeks.

    It’s ok if you aren’t a runner yet, we can bring out the inner runner in you!
