Our 8 week challenge will be in a group environment but feel like a one on one time because we aren’t a cookie-cutter approach. It’s personalised the whole way because everyone’s goal is different.

8 Week Running Program

For beginners and intermediate runners, our running program works on different levels.
We teach you HOW to run efficently, we create STRONG bodies through our prower + strength sessions and you receive a PERSONALISED running program to get you from where you are to where you want to get to in 8 weeks.
It’s ok if you aren’t a runner yet, we can bring out the inner runner in you!

Winter weight loss challenge

Winter can be challenging for some people because it’s cold and dark to get out of bed and the comfort food is heavy.
So we have specifically designed this program to keep you on track during the winter months and head into the summer season thriving!
Over 6 weeks you will become more consitent than ever through the colder months because of the way we teach our habits that allow you to achieve your goals in a short amount of time.
