Strength

We are a functional focused studio that uses various strength training protocols to give an all rounded experience for you and keep your body progressing. Each month we have a new focus in our strength classes. Some months are heavy weights low reps, some months are focusing on unilateral exercises to balance the body out and some months we hit tempo. It’s all for the benefit of avoiding the plateau while still chasing goals.

Run Club

Open to absolute beginners to experienced runners, our run club is all about finding your passion for running and just doing it. We do events so if you are goal orientated this will work for you. But if you just love to run for the feel, we also do that too. Oh, and coffee. Did I mention we coffee each Saturday after running. It’s just a bunch of friends kicking off their weekend with a run + fun.

HIIT

We work hard and we keep it fun in our functional space. From dumbells to barbells, ropes and boxes, running space, stairs and everything in between, you will also get a new workout to push your cardiovascular ability each session.

Pilates

Our mat Pilates is open to beginners and advanced and new mums. Everything is modified as required to suit the individual whilst each class is progressed from the previous. If you are looking to correct posture, build a strong core or iron out some imbalances, Pilates is a game changer.
