It’s the perfect combo you need on hump day. It’s a 30 minute cardio class followed by a 30 minute core class. If you need to leave early for work, come for cardio. If you want a sleep in to get you through the day, join in at 5:45am for core. And if you are hardcore – come for the 2 sessions and make it an hour workout


The combo is also offered on Tuesdays at 9:15am which is baby friendly (named 20/20) as it is a 45 minute class.
