Anja’s active life started in the age of 6 with trampolining then went into dancing including jazz, cheerleading and then to practicing gymnastic where she finds her passion for strength training.

Anja loves workouts with bodyweight or lifting heavy weights but also enjoy corrective exercise to feel the balance in the body. You will always see her with a smile - her positive energy is catching / contagious.

Trent loves traditional strength training and is passionate about the challenges we hold throughout the year.

He is renowned for his strength training and challenger knowledge which also includes protein intake to help build muscle to make the most of your lifting.

Janet McMinn

Janet McMinn

Janet is passionate about functional training and posture; she believes being able to move and have increased mobility for the body is important for all aspects of work, life and long term health. She enjoys relieving pain through exercise and movement and educating clients on how to improve their life.

Janet also works with clients with clients from AAQ (Alzheimer’s Australia Queensland) on a weekly basis to improve their capacity and has a lot of fun with them doing this.

Jude Noone

Jude Noone

Jude loves metabolic sessions which is based around short, fast and hard workouts. She has also found a softer side in Pilates.

She enjoys working with new mums to increase their body awareness and increasing their confidence with their body and ability.

Michael Silver

Michael Silver

Michael is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and specialises in powerlifting, olympic lifting training as well as functional strength training.

He is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals including weight loss, increasing muscle mass, increasing strength and injury prevention.
