What this program gives you is so much more than a workout, it gives you education around making healthy food choices at the work functions, how to balance late nights with exercise and family demands, how to go into Christmas feeling in control of yourself and your ability to stay on track.
For 4 weeks, we will train once a week, with diet and exercise check-ins 1-2 times a week outside our session. The support you receive during this challenge is above the rest. You will leave this program feeling motivated, good about your body, totally supported by me and the group and full of information to help you get through the busy time of year.
Session time: Mondays 5am – 6am

What to expect: 45 minute session with a 15 minute talk each week
