We are busy planning the year ahead for all of our challenges and events, but right now we can tell you the New Year New You program is back and starting end of January and it’s had a revamp!
The core program is also making a come back for beginners and the advanced, with some more weight loss programs thrown in there too.
And we are super excited to announce our 8 week running program which will support the Noosa Running event. And the deadlift and squat workshops are back!

8 WEEK NEW YEAR NEW YOU PROGRAM
What is it? Well it’s our kick start the year kick you into gear challenge that covers creating new habits, changing / breaking the not so helpful habits, eating clean but with simple wholefoods, having fun while exercising, keeping you accountable AND achieving your goal.
This challenge is one of the best because it gives you a simple to follow but super effective meal plan to follow with loads of recipes to choose from (suitable for vegetarians and vegans), a 3 day juice detox (if you want it) 16 sessions over the 8 weeks
You get into a super supportive space with great like minded people and a trainer who is heavily invested in you and your health goals that you will wonder how you haven’t joined this program before.
What are the facebook live events about? Each week we cover a new topic for discussion eg: the benefits of water for weight loss, which supplements help you sleep better, how does sleep play a role in weight loss, and more!
Each session will be a solid 60min but it’s all at your own level, so if you are new to exercise the session is catered for you. Everyone gets a “personal training” feel in a group atmosphere. Your goals, limitations and physical level are all taken into account with each session.

It’s back because you loved it! It was our biggest workshop for the year so we are pretty excited to bring it back with the same quality trainer (Flavio) with some new tips for the regulars and information for the beginners.
This workshop covers the theory and the practical for deadlifts. You will leave the workshop knowing your 5RM, how to lift correctly, how to avoid injuries and how important deadlifts are for functional movement.

8 WEEK RUNNING PROGRAM – From couch to run for fun
This year we are gearing up to compete in the Noosa Running event on May 23
There are a few distances available: 5km, 10,m 21.1km, 42.2km and a team marathon (2 or 4 people), so it caters for everyone!
We are going to make a weekend of it and stay Fri and Sat night at Noosa, with the run being on the Sat.
Your 8 week program includes:
- 8 week personalized running program for your level for your goals
- 1 extra run session per week
- weekly check-ins regarding progress, pace, recovery etc
- weekly talks covering all topics running and fueling related
- April 16 we head to Shoes Feet Gear at Paddington for a special talk from the experts and buy some new runners
- A talk about Hydration from the Endura experts (date to be confirmed)
- Private facebook group with the running crew for more information, sharing strategies etc
- a really supportive running group to train with

Available for non members and members and also people not wanting to participate in the event, but train more regularly with their running
