We are bringing back our very successful MOES – Mens Only Exercise Session.
A 4 week program designed specifically for men by men. Throughout the 4 week program you will learn how to lift correctly, build some muscle, if you want – shed some kilos and of course, because we are healthy trainers, some information about nutrition.
The program starts Monday 26 February.
Train with men, by an experienced male trainer in a small group of like-minded lads.
A group of blokes looking to improve their strength and create some healthy habits.
Gain expert advice on lifting weights and creating consistent routines so you can enjoy life more.
This program has everything the boys need to get into exercising and learn some new tips about exercise and diet along the way.
